 Fortunately, I have gained professional working experience for decades in the areas of M&A, PE investment, and corporate development at financial institutions, global financial advisory firms, and multinational companies, and had an opportunity to work overseas. As you already know, I understand from the experience that most companies from major corporations to SMEs run businesses under the circumstances of global supply chain and face global competition, as well as the importance of diversity of society and culture, high quality of education and work of the personnel who work and succeed at multinational companies, worldwide talent acquisition competition especially for highly-skilled human resources, etc.

 It is anticipated that the number of companies which will integrate ESG into management strategy and daily business operation more in future, and that companies and personnel need to consider the business management on a global scale. Under such a global business environment, I will continue to help clients develop the businesses globally together with partners and stakeholders, and will continue to upskill myself as a professional.

Biography

 Gained professional working experience for decades in the areas of M&A, PE investment, and corporate development as a financial investor and a strategic investor at investment firms, multinational companies, and global financial advisory firms. Through these experiences, contributed to closing thirteen M&A projects, and acquired analytical ability supported by professional knowledge. Immediately after starting out as a sole proprietorship in 2021, served as a CEO/executive officer of Konica Minolta Marketing Services Japan, Inc., and led various projects, e.g., management buyout (MBO), strategic alliance, enterprise value creation, preparing growth strategy and capital strategy,  etc.
